Deepwater's aluminum (Al) and zinc (Zn) sacrificial hull anodes can be manufactured in a wide variety of configurations, either to be weldedor bolted on. All "standard" configurations are shown below. In addition to these, Deepwater can cast anodes to any size or chemical composition specifications required. The main foundry facility we utilize is located minutes from Deepwater's headquarters in Houston, Texas. Additionally, Deepwater has access to the MPE foundry in Kuantan, Indonesia, which allows us to deliver quickly to any market area.
Both of our main foundries are purpose-built facilities, each less than 4 years old and equipped with the best technology available. This allows us to produce anodes with very specific chemical compositions to meet any code requirements.
Deepwater specializes in delivering all basic anode types and core configurations to suit a wide range of offshore and marine applications. Because we manufacture our own molds, we are able to offer competitive prices on custom anode shapes.
Our team has a long resumé of excellence in producing quality anodes. Mr. Jim Britton (CEO of Deepwater) has been responsible for many innovations in offshore corrosion control; he has specialized in the inspection and testing of anodes and has been active on N.A.C.E. committees associated with anode quality since 1980.
