Deepwater's aluminum (Al) and zinc (Zn) sacrificial hull anodes can be manufactured in a wide variety of configurations, either to be welded or bolted on. All "standard" configurations are shown below. In addition to these, Deepwater can cast anodes to any size or chemical composition specifications required. 1. Two Foundry Locations

The main facility is located in minutes from Deepwater's headquarters in Houston, TX. Additionally, Deepwater has access to the MPE foundry in Kuantan, Indonesia. This allows us to deliver quickly to any market.

2. State of the Art Technology

Both foundries are purpose-built facilities, each less than 4 years old, equipped with the best in available technology. This allows us to produce anodes with very specific chemical compositions, to meet any requirement.

Deepwater specializes in delivering all of the basic anode types with core configurations to suit a wide range of offshore and marine applications. Because we manufacture our own molds we are able to offer competitive prices on custom anode shapes.

Our team has a long resume of excellence producing quality anodes. Mr. Jim Britton (CEO of Deepwater) has been responsible for many innovations in offshore corrosion control. He has specialized in the inspection and testing of anodes, and has been active on NACE committees associated with anode quality since 1980.
