Aluminum Anodes
for Piers and Pilings

Deepwater's aluminum pier and piling anodes provide cathodic protection for any type of jetty structure.

Deepwater's aluminum galvanic anodes for piers and pilings are cast in one of two premium aluminum alloys (Deep7 and Deep10), for optimal performance in any conditions. Anodes are manufactured in several "standard" sizes, shown below. In addition to these, Deepwater can cast anodes for piers, jetties, or any other piling to the exact specifications required. Please contact us for advice on optimizing an anode to suit your specific requirements.

How to Order - To order aluminum platform anodes from Deepwater Corrosion Services, or to inquire about our other aluminum and zinc anodes please contact us:

Key factors

1. Foundry Locations

All of the anodes that Deepwater provides are manufactured at one of our ISO 9000 certified foundries. Each foundry is located just minutes from the engineers and designers running our projects, allowing Deepwater to oversee QA/QC on every anode.

2. State of the Art Technology

Both of our main foundries are purpose-built facilities, each less than 4 years old, equipped with the best in available technology. This allows us to produce anodes with very specific chemical compositions, to meet any requirement.

3. Standard and Custom Anodes

Deepwater specializes in delivering all of the basic anode types with core configurations to suit a wide range of offshore and marine applications. Because we manufacture our own molds we are able to offer competitive prices on custom anode shapes. Our in-house pipe benders can handle pipe up to 4” schedule 80.

4. Experience

Our team has a long resume of excellence producing quality anodes. . Mr. Jim Britton (CEO of Deepwater) has been responsible for many innovations in offshore corrosion control. He has specialized in the inspection and testing of anodes, and has been active on N.A.C.E. committees associated with anode quality since 1980.
