Deepwater project manager, David Flanery III
2010 was the biggest year yet for Deepwater at the annual Offshore Technology Conference in Houston. With representatives in town from all over the United States and the United Kingdom, we also welcomed our agents from Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Colombia, Mexico and Brazil. Our expansion in 2010 into 2 new facilities was mirrored with our expanded presence on the trade show floor itself. A full size RetroBuoy and expanded interactive capabilities on the booth kept customers and other curious visitors inquiring in depth into the various projects Deepwater is currently involved in, protecting the world's offshore assets. With awareness about safety and the environment at at all time high, asset integrity and corrosion control in particular seem to be prominently on operators' minds.
