Raparound Physical Specifications
| Current Rating |
20 - 50 Amps for 20 Years, depending on water chemistry.
You can insert the table below as an additional guideline to specifiers it can be linked to all ICCP products. |
| Frame |
1/2" Steel ruggedized frame hot dip galvanized.
Diver friendly hinged attachment: 12" - 60" Diameter. HPile
or hex pile adapter available. Made from heavy gauge welded steel with a hot dip galvanize to ASTM A123-M 09. Standard design includes ice shearing cleats and anode mount ice protection cap. Lifting padeyes and a hinged attachment allow safe and easy diver attachment. All fasteners are galvanized to ASTM A153 Standards. |
| Shield |
Neoprene / PE Composite design; provides impact
resistance and dielectric strength. |
| Anode Housing |
Black Delrin |
| Anode Mounts |
Machined from Black Delrin, to provide protection against impact and abrasion. A Total of 24 1/2" fasteners are used to ruggedly secure the active electrode array to the steel subframe.
|
| Di-Electric Shield |
Main Dielectric is 3mm UPVC Sheet. Impact protectionis provided by 12 mm Neoprene outer shield. Shield provides equivalent 300 mm anode standoff distance from mounting pile.

Deepwater recommends derating of anode performance as above to provide a high measure of system redundancy. The mixed metal oxides are a mixture of IrO2/Ta2O5. Titanium substrates meet ASTM B338 Grade 1 or 2 Standards. All connections are made as tubular denter-connects, helium tested (including Discs).
